About a year and a half ago I posted a question about the prospects of a LIDAR to DXF conversion program. The feedback was discouraging but useful, in particular: AutoCAD and DXF is no way to look at LIDAR data There are lots of free programs which already do that A while ago I had another look at the problem and thought: Some people with non-GIS programs might want/need to look at LIDAR data anyway, a "light" version of the data. None of the free (or even payed for) programs did exactly what I wanted to do, and most were very complex to use. So I decided to do one just to see what the reaction is, here it is: http://www.LidarToDxf.com I presume that you are all hard-code GIS people and maybe this is of no interest to you, but all feedback is welcome, negative/positive...

Using Terrascan, is it possible to run a macro to class flightline overlap points accurately. After a macro has already been run on the lidar data to create the ground class and has been manually edited into ground, unclassed, as well as high and low points. Without needing to manually edit the ground class again. This is my first project on the processing end of lidar (macros/terrascan) and forgot to run a macro for overlap prior to running the groundclass macro. I also do have a trajectory file for the data set.
