same to me, seems different product require different privileges UPDATE : I found the way this is related to this news : you may see it on your earthexplorer account messages I try to click the link you posted and you also login to earthdata website, see above links on announcement you need to approved LP DAAC Data Pool into Earthdata website and earthdata website seems have same login with earthview after those mentioned apps approved in earthdata website, you can try to download again, and walla, data downloaded TESTED
