1. recently after drone booming our government made a legal document to regulate drone , I think the main point or focus of the regulation is place that near airport or near military facility, or other official building, if you fly it on remote area or area far from plane route I think its okay to fly it without permission. This legal document regulate to send a permission before flying a drone. We dont have a drone operator registration yet. 2. of course, if your drone data isnt GSP'd , then your data useless for detail analysis, we use geodetic GPS to make a GCP. (Topcon GR-5) and we use a banner (1.5 m x 1.5 m) for land marking. this is the most exaustive part of drone project
