  3. For everyone who wishes to see a new open GIS called OpenWebGis and make comments and suggestions. It is a completely free project without advertising.   4. basically when you use Contours and point data, the output result is based on the accuracy of the input data basically in arcgis you will do the following order , input data - tin surface - DEM raster
