    Finally I solved the "View Settings" problem Somehow i had unregistered ocx. regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ArcGIS\ThirdParty\bin\HorizonDial.ocx" solved the problem. Of course, regsvr32 is the one in c:\Windows\SysWOW64\
