  1. Just saw the news after the holiday. Curiosity found firm clue that Mars may harbor life somewhere under its shell. Scientists confirmed that the rover found sources of methane coming our from the underground. The scientists are not sure about the source, but 95 percent of methane (CH4) here in Earth is produced by various lifeforms. The discovery was reported at the American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting. “It is one of the few hypotheses that we can propose that we must consider as we go forward,” said John P. Grotzinger, the mission’s project scientist. The scientists also reported that for the first time, they had confirmed the presence of carbon-based organic molecules in a rock sample. The so-called organics are not direct signs of life, past or present, but they lend weight to the possibility that Mars had the ingredients required for life, and may even still have them. Normally, WAMP stack like XAMPP, WAMP Server and such software only suitable for developing environment, all default setting that very dangerous for normal live sites is on, such as blank password or default password. But EasyPHP make a wamp stack that suitable for personal live sites, if you want to make a web server and live sites for personal use and ready made out of the box software, simple, for windows this software is still in beta, but I think this is the great idea for people who love websites and dont have many times to maintenance and setup web and all requirement and integrate all module. Description EasyPHP Webserver turns your computer into an ready-to-use personal web hosting server. You can host whatever you want directly on your computer and share it with everyone on internet like any website module : Applications: - Apache 2.4.10 - MySQL 5.6.19 - PHP 5.4.31 - PhpMyAdmin 3.5.5 - MailServer (plugin) - FTP Server (plugin) - ...etc etc download page : http://www.easyphp.org/easyphp-webserver.php remember this is still BETA stage , wait for some times

  7. Google has sold struggling US mobile phone company Motorola Mobility to Chinese computer maker Lenovo for $2.91bn (£1.8bn), in a surprise move. Google had paid $12.5bn for the company less than two years ago. Lenovo plans to build up its smartphone unit through the Motorola purchase, which may help offset its slowing personal computer business. However, Google will keep the majority of Motorola's lucrative patents, which include one for Android software. In a statement, Google said the smartphone market was "super competitive" and that Motorola would "be better served by Lenovo". source : http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-25956284 lenovo bought IBM server and now motorola mobility, cool
