davehughes87
I'm trying to view some Environment Agency (EA) WFS data in ArcMap 10.2.2. I've installed the Data Interoperability extension and enabled it. I've added a new connection with the url below. It should contain the EA's main river dataset. When I load the WFS, the layer appears in the table of contents, but contains no features. EA Main River WFS URL: http://environment.data.gov.uk/ds/wfs?SERVICE=WFS&INTERFACE=ENVIRONMENTWFS--25dde009-ba7d-40de-8380-c5c3bb32ccdc&VERSION=1.0.0 (WFS available from http://environment.data.gov.uk/ds/catalogue/#/catalogue)

davehughes87
Hi Lurker, I've since received an update to ArcMap 10.4.1, but I'm still having the same issues. I've tried a few alternative WFS datasets and I'm getting the same outcome. Thanks for any help! Dave

Lurker
okay I try your link and yes it doesn't work both on arcgis 10.2.2 and 10.4.1 but then I try another service, and this time I work in Arccatalog, and for sometime I can get preview, and when I refresh it , its gone open in arcmap always no geometry found this : http://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/27100/trouble-with-adding-wfs-features-in-arcmap but havent have time yet to check and re-check again anyone? UPDATE : oke this is weird I try again another service (data.gov.uk/dataset/historic-environment-scotland-wfs)., using arcgis 10.4.1 first try using default setting, got no geometry and then try to change WFS version and connection timeout and it works, whooohooooo

pasfans01
yeah, WFS version is crucial to ArcGIS because not all WFS protocols or versions from OGC has been supported at this moment
