Lurker
Local governments can view their citizen requests alongside their existing ArcGIS data and answer questions like: Which district does this permit belong to? Where are the graffiti hot spots in the community? What are the demographics around this proposed park site? Where are service requests in relation to infrastructure and project work? Sales and Sales Managers can be more efficient by answering questions like: Where are my Accounts and what Opportunities are nearby that I can visit on the same trip? Where are my competitors in relation to my customers? Where are there gaps in coverage? Where are my top performing accounts clustered? With Esri Maps for Salesforce, users can view maps in dashboards. The app is available through the ArcGIS Marketplace and is included with an ArcGIS Online subscription. To access the app, their ArcGIS Online administrator must login and obtain the installation information. Then, their Salesforce administrator can install the app in a Sandbox or Production org environment. http://location-analytics.arcgis.com/en/maps-for-salesforce/
