creating parcel land in qgis.

Hi!  anybody knows how to plot this in QGIS?

 

 

WGS 84 Zone 51N and UTM Projection
Juan Tamad


Longitude -  124 45'55" E  8 32'07.45" N

cor 1-2 96.18 N 62d 50'W

untested, but seems this plugin doing exact same like COGO in Arcview/ArcGIS

Already done that. Pretty sure that it will render the exact shape but not with the distance and the exact area of the polygon. Thanks by the way.

what 'd' on those line ? 62d for example, s it degree?
