msig0000
would u specify ur problem in details (submitting a sample portion of data, is distance and bearing to be measured for all the points- that means permutation/combination by two )

msig0000
In Geowizard U may use COGO Inverse Tool (That Converts a polyline or a polygon data set to a feature class containing only single segmented polylines. For each segment the COGO attributes are calculated and added to the resulting attribute table. The attributes of the original features are copied to the output features.) msig0000
Dear u should care a little bit There is an option "Select Direction Angle Type" -care it. In the attribute table a field with name "Direction" will be added- i think it is your bearing. However the are several option in Geowizard and Arc map to Change the unit of Bearing and Direction.
