msig0000
I have made thermal image of a city from LANDSAT 6 band , now i want to make temperature profile along a strip in the image. In fact i want to show the temperature fluctuation along a strip (spatial difference) from the city centre to city outskirts. Thanks in advance Edited March 16, 2013 by msig0000

Arhanghelul
You can make a temperature profile in ArcGIS. Open the LANDSAT thermal image in ArcMap and then using 3D Analyst you can draw a profile line to create a temperature profile ( example: from the the city centre to city outskirts ) P.S.: how did you calculated LST from the LANDSAT image ? Did you just obtained the brightness LST temperature or did you calibrated the image to emisivity and atmosferic correction ? (Qin et al. 2001 algorithm or Sobrino & Jimenez 2003 algorithm ) ??
