Both products allow you to interactively create and configure web mapping applications without writing code. You can easily configure the map, tools, and look and feel of each application, leveraging ArcGIS Server map and geoprocessing services. The Viewer creates applications as standalone websites, while ArcGIS for SharePoint integrates your web applications into SharePoint by hosting them in the Map Web Part.
