New User: GeoPDFs in ArcMap?
By geologywalrus,
I've downloaded topographic maps as GeoPDFs from the USGS, but I can't seem to upload them into ArcMap. Can you upload a GeoPDF into ArcMap? If not does anyone have any suggestions for other sources of topo/DEM data?

Active digitizers
By Amtrend,
Any recommendations for Windows PC's with active digitizers?
(Also welcome general discussin of active digitizers.)
I've got a couple Yiynova MVP22U's. They are just digitizer/displays. Looking for an ultrabook to velco to the back to make them more portable. Thought about the upcoming Intel NUC or Gigabyte Brix but an ultrabook might be a better value (plus built-in screen, keyboard, etc. for separate use). Given the weight and size of the Yiynovas, I'll probably just go for a notebook
